Women’s Wellness Retreat

Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Indiana Dunes State Park, our Women’s Wellness Retreat invites you to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature as you engage in a variety of wellness practices designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

This Women’s Wellness retreat is brought to you by the Homewood Flossmoor Park District and Serendipity Yoga and Wellness. In addition to the activities listed on the schedule, we will also provide the opportunity to partake in one-hour massages, provided by licensed massage therapists Laura Pagel-Stratton and Raya Horcher, personalized Reiki sessions, and 20-minute Oracle card readings with the owner of Serendipity Yoga and Wellness, Liz Smith.

If you do not want to drive to the Indiana Dunes the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District will provide transportation (spots are limited).

There will be room and bed assignments. If you would like to room or share a bed with someone you know please let Recreation Supervisor Dyana Metheny know prior to August 11.
