Pride Fest

June is Pride Month and we could not be prouder of our diverse and inclusive community! Join the Homewood-Flossmoor Park District, Village of Flossmoor and Village of Homewood on Friday, June 7 as we celebrate with the second annual PRIDE FEST at Irwin Park, 18120 S. Highland Avenue, Homewood. At 5 pm, food and beverage sales will begin. Resource and education vendors will be on site to provide information and support services. Six of Spades and The Bel Canto Community Choir will provide entertainment at the Irwin Park Band shell. Then, Beyond the Blonde, the Midwest’s only tribute to P!NK, Gwen Stefani, and Lady Gaga takes the stage at 7 pm. The band showcases the energy and songs of the multi-platinum-selling, Grammy award-winning stars with other fierce female artists of pop and rock.

Admission to PRIDE FEST is FREE. Participants are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Food, beverages and alcohol will be available for purchase from vendors; outside alcohol prohibited.
