H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash

Obstacle course dash is an opportunity to have fun and stay active together with friends or family! The Dash combines fun obstacles and quick dashes to keep you moving and energized. The course will be offered in two categories. Those ages 6-14 will complete 8 obstacles and run a 1-mile run. Obstacles will include a sandbag carry, balance beam, hay bale climb, spear thrown, tire run & more. Participants ages 15+ will compete in 16 obstacles and a total of 2 miles. Obstacles will include bucket carry, spear throw, tire flip & more! This outdoor Obstacle course will help you build confidence, strength, endurance, balance and so much more. Finisher medals will be awarded for completion of the course. The race runs in 5-minute waves. Be sure to check out the HF Beast Obstacle Course offered in late June to prepare for the race.

Fee: Through May 18: $30 Race Fee
Through June 19: $35 Race Fee
Through July 13: $45 Race Fee
