Master Plan Survey

The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is updating its Comprehensive Master Plan, which serves as a roadmap for improving the District’s overall services for the next ten years.

As part of this planning process, randomly selected households in the District are being invited to complete a survey to provide your opinions and priorities.  We have partnered with aQity Research of Evanston to conduct this survey.

If you receive a survey invitation from aQity – either by email or by US mail – please complete the survey so that we can better understand the community’s park and recreation interest and needs.
