Lap Swim
Swimming is a great form of exercise that has many health benefits. Lap Swimming is available at the following times:
M-Th: 10:15-11:15 am & 6:45-7:45 pm
F-Su: 9:45-10:45 am
Free for Pool Pass Holders or $4 per person. Ages 16+
Aqua Aerobics
This shallow water aerobic class will use the resistance of the water to give you a great workout. Be prepared to move as you increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. Swim experience is not necessary. Everyone must exit the pool area following the class.
Aqua Zumba & Body Sculpt
This class is a dynamic and invigorating water fitness program combining the benefits of traditional Zumba with water resistance. These lively sessions, set to upbeat Latin music, offer a low-impact, high-energy workout suitable for all fitness levels. Combined with Aqua Body Sculpt, you’ll use equipment in the water to tone your muscles. Experience a refreshing and fun-filled aquatic exercise journey that enhances cardiovascular fitness and tones your muscles– it's one pool party you shouldn't miss!
Aqua Zumba & Body Sculpt 50 Mile Swim Challenge-May 31-August 10
We challenge you to swim 50 miles at Lions Club Pool this summer! 38 laps (that’s down and back) equal 1 mile, and you have 72 days to complete it. Track your mileage based on an honor system and log it with a pool staff member. Participants who complete all 50 miles earn you bragging rights and an exclusive Lions Club Pool towel.
Participants can swim during lap swim and open swim times, as there is always at least one lane in the pool. Daily rates will apply to non-members.
Fee: $10 R / $12 NR
