Aqua Fitness

Lap Swim
Swimming is a great form of exercise that has many health benefits. Lap Swimming is available at the following times:

M-Th : 10:15-11:15 am & 6:45-7:45 pm 
F-Su : 9:45-10:45 am 

Free for Pool Pass Holders or $4 per person. Ages 16+

Aqua Aerobics
This shallow water aerobic class will use the resistance of the water to give you a great workout. Be prepared to move as you increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. Swim experience is not necessary. Everyone must exit the pool area following the class. 

Aqua Zumba
Aqua Zumba is a dynamic and invigorating water fitness program combining the benefits of traditional Zumba with water resistance. These lively sessions, set to upbeat Latin music, offer a low-impact, high-energy workout suitable for all fitness levels. Experience a refreshing and fun-filled aquatic exercise journey that enhances cardiovascular fitness and tones your muscles– it's one pool party you shouldn't miss!
